Bartender's (Operator's) License Application Online Submission
In accordance with Wisconsin Statute ch. 125, The Town of Merton requires an operator's (bartender's) license to be obtained in order to serve alcohol in the Town of Merton. The license period runs from July 1st - June 30th.
New Operator's License $27: For those who have never held a license in the Town, or if it has been more than two years since possessing an operator's license in the Town. A license from another municipality from the past two years or proof of completion of a learn to serve course in the past two years must be provided.
Renewal Operator's License $22: For those who have held an operator's license from the Town in the past two years.
Provisional Operator's License $15: License is only good for 30 days. Do not fill out and submit this form if you need a provisional license. Please contact the Town Clerk, Donna Hann at 262.966.2651.
