Compost Pass Application Online Submission - TOWN RESIDENTS ONLY - allow for mail time to receive the pass.

$30 Annual Fee for Town of Merton residents. Please confirm that you live in the Town before completing the application and making your payment. Village residents should apply at the Village of Merton (262-538-0820 or click HERE for their website).

Note that you can pay for various fees using this link, however, please ensure that you complete ALL applicable applications online (dog license application, compost pass application, and operator's license application) for those fees that you are paying.

To mail application: Send a check with a printed copy of this application in the amount of $30.00 to: Town of Merton, PO Box 128 North Lake, WI 53064.

After application and payment are received: The Town of Merton will mail the pass to the resident to use at the Lisbon Compost Site. Residents are not able to use the site until the pass has been received.  Please allow for mail time when applying online.  THANK YOU.
