DISPOSAL OF DOG FECES. (Cr. 04/22/19(2)) Any person owning or having control of a dog on any property, public or private, which is not owned or occupied by such person shall promptly remove excrement left by such dog and place it in a proper receptacle, bury it, or otherwise dispose of the same on property owned or occupied by such person.

Dogs are not allowed in the parks in the Town of Merton.

Monches Rec Club wants to remind residents to not bring your dogs to the walking trail in Monches Park.

You must license your dog in the Town of Merton every year AND dogs are required to be under controll/on leashes when walking on public sidewalks and roads.
