Town of Merton Trick or Treating Policy for Halloween:

When October 31,  DOES NOT fall on Saturday or Sunday, then trick or treating will be held on the last Saturday in October from 5 to 8 pm.

When Halloween does fall on a Saturday or a Sunday, trick or treating is held the actual date of October 31 from 5 to 8 pm.
