When Halloween falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, trick or treating is held on October 31, Halloween, from 5 to 8 pm.

When Halloween DOES NOT fall on Saturday or Sunday, then trick or treating will be held on the last Saturday in October from 5 to 8 pm.
